SCOPE
The scope of the scheme is confined to individual grievance only arising out of the implementation of the policies/rules or decisions of the company.

PROCEDURE FOR SETTLEMENT OF EMPLOYEE GRIEVANCE
An aggrieved employee may present his grievance verbally in person to his immediate supervisor. If the employee is not satisfied with the verbal reply of his immediate supervisor, he may submit his grievance to his superior executive in writing. Receipt of the grievance shall be acknowledged by the executive to the employee. The superior executive will make necessary enquiries and give a written reply to the employee within a reasonable time from the date of receipt of such grievance, normally within 10 days.

If an aggrieved employee is not satisfied with the decision communicated to him by his immediate superior executive or fails to receive any reply within stipulated period, he may take up his grievance to the head of the department. The head of the department will process the case further giving a personal hearing to the employee concerned. Reply to the employee will be normally issued within three weeks.
If the employee is not satisfied with the reply or fails to receive any reply within the stipulated period, he may present his grievance to the Grievance Committee in writing. Grievances at this stage normally take 30 days to give a reply to the employee.
